Lindsey Vonn says she still loves her famous ex, Tiger Woods, despite the very public breakup.

In an interview with CNN, the 31-year-old alpine ski champion said she has no regrets when it comes to the couple’s three-year relationship, which ended in May.

“I mean, I loved him and I still love him,” Vonn said. “I had an amazing three years with him but, you know, sometimes things just don’t work out and unfortunately it didn’t work out for us. I don’t have any regrets and I think we’re both in a pretty good place.”

The world first learned that the pair had parted ways when Vonn hared news of the breakup through Facebook, writing at the time that she and the 39-year-old golf champion “will always cherish the memories that we’ve created together.”

She added, “unfortunately, we both lead incredibly hectic lives that force us to spend a majority of our time apart.”

Vonn told CNN that she’s not sure when she will enter into another relationship, and admitted that it’s “nice” to focus her time and energy on her career for now.

“I’ve realized that I only have, realistically, three good years of racing left,” she said, adding, “You never know what’s gonna happen.”

Despite reports that suggested the golfer had cheated on Vonn, a source told People magazine that infidelity wasn’t an issue.

“I know everyone is hoping for a cheating scandal, but it’s not,” a member of Woods’ camp told the magazine. “There was no real drama. This was just a relationship that didn’t last. It didn’t work out. They moved apart.”
