Another Lohan had a trip to jail just recently.

Michael Lohan Jr., brother of former young star Lindsay Lohan, has been arrested in New York City for using a fake parking placard that says “Executive Branch” on his car. The official sign allows the holder to park free, but Lindsay’s brother forged the sign to score free parking.

When authorities spotted the younger Lohan’s 2015 Audi parked in a metered area outside his apartment in Manhattan and discovered he was using the forged sign, the police immediately arrested him.

Fox 5 NY learned from authorities that Michael put an “official business” board on his car’s dashboard complete with the official state seal indicating that the state’s Executive Branch issued the said parking sign.

Michael reportedly could not prove that he was affiliated with the State’s Executive Branch, according to Page Six. Michael is facing criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree and criminal impersonation in the second degree, New York City authorities said. Lindsay’s younger brother was arraigned at the New York City Criminal Court on Thursday and has since been released.

The younger Lohan will have to appear in court on December 4. The 27-year-old Lohan has yet to issue a statement regarding his recent run-in. His older sister and former teen idol Lindsay, 29, is tightlipped on her brother’s issues with the New York City law enforcers.

Lindsay has also been arrested for breaking traffic laws several times. She has been arrested for DUI as well as theft in the past. Their parents have also faced criminal offenses, according to Us Magazine. Her father Michael Lohan Sr. had been arrested for DUI and domestic violence and had been convicted of criminal contempt of court while her mother, Dina, had faced DUI charges.
