Lindsay Lohan hasn’t taken a break from the spotlight in recent months, but she hasn’t been working on any film projects, either. However, the actress took to Instagram this week to share a selfie and announced in the caption that she’s working on a new film.

Lohan didn’t give any details other than the title–The Shadow Within–and IMDB doesn’t have it listed yet, so it’s unclear whether it’s a theatrical release or a television movie like her last film, 2012’s Elizabeth Taylor biopic Liz & Dick.

Lindsay has almost made a second career out of just being in the headlines; in recent years she’s struggled with legal issues and multiple arrests, and fans worried she wouldn’t come back to the acting world after dealing with it all. While Liz & Dick was met with some surprise, many were supportive but didn’t give the movie good reviews when it finally aired. Lohan didn’t let that stop her, however, and went on to star in a West End production of Speed The Plow last year.

Lindsay Lohan faced more troubles earlier this year when her time served with community service came into question and the topic of jail time came up. Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White accused Lohan of not being entirely truthful about the hours she logged, saying she was gone for some of those due to an illness that required her to be briefly hospitalized.

“As far as we are concerned, she completed her community service when I presented proof of that last time. I’m open to anything that the prosecutor might suggest,” Lohan’s attorney Shawn Holley said.
