Doesn’t look like Lea Michele needs to add ‘get in shape’ to her list of New Year’s resolutions.

A recent shot of the Glee actress taken in Mexico exposes her firm rear in a thong bikini, leaving little to the imagination.

“What an amazing week in Mexico…New day. New year. #Bringit2014,” Michele tweeted along with the photo.

Michele, 27, seems excited to embrace new beginnings in 2014. On July 13, her boyfriend and Glee co-star Cory Monteith was found dead from a fatal combination of heroin and alcohol.

“It’s certainly been a pretty rough year,” Michele told Ellen DeGeneres on Dec. 12. “But I’ve been surrounded by such great people, such great family.”

Michele tweeted other shots of her Mexico vacation with her Spring Awakening and Glee co-star Jonathan Groff, whom she dubbed her “best friend” in the tweets:

The “Cannonball” singer will release her first album Louder on March 4.
