Kris Jenner likes playing with the emotions of her fans, as is evidenced by her teasing announcement on the Today show recently, when she told Matt Lauer she might be showing off her new granddaughter on her talk show soon.
“I think you’re just going to have to wait and see and tune in, because I’m not sure exactly what’s going happen,” Jenner said. “I won’t tell you it won’t happen. (I’ll) give you a little something to think about. You never know who’s going to show up.”
Of course, for a family who lives out their lives in front of a camera, it’s not too big a leap to assume little North will show up on one of the 27 reality shows the Kardashians dominate, but rumors about Papa Kanye’s protectiveness seemed to squash the idea before she was born. A “source” close to the family said that Kanye doesn’t want to appear on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” and he doesn’t want his daughter to, either. Kim’s stepdad Bruce Jenner said recently that he’d only met Kanye once (before the baby was born).
“Actually, I have only met him once,” Bruce said. “He’s never … he’s not around. He was in Paris the whole time writing, and he just hasn’t been around.”
No matter what the family decides, with various magazines offering up big bucks for the first photos of little North it’s doubtful we’ll see her on television anytime soon.
