Kourtney Kardashian isn’t interested in sharing custody of kids Reign, Penelope, and Mason Disick with their father, Scott Disick. Instead, she reportedly believes Disick is a “drunk mess,” and clearly incapable of raising their children–even on a part-time basis.

“Kourtney really seems finished with Scott this time,” a source tells People magazine.

A custody agreement is in the final stages, but not yet set in stone.

“However, Kourtney won’t allow Scott split custody,” the source adds. “She thinks he is a drunk mess and not fit to be a parent without supervision.”

Kourtney Kardashian dumped Scott Disick earlier this summer when photos of his cheating on her with stylist Chloe Bartoli made news. More recently, Disick has been involved with an 18-year-old named Lindsay Vrckovnik. The have been spotted in both New York and Miami.

Kourtney, on the other hand, is concentrating on raising her children as a single mom–something that’s really not all that foreign to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star.

“Although being a single mom is not easy, Kourtney is used to taking care of the kids by herself,” the source says. “She has them on a great schedule and everything runs smoothly even when she is alone with them. She had some nanny help, too, since she is working, but she spends as much time as possible with the kids.”

Kourtney Kardashian actually seems much happier since the split from Disick.

“Kourtney both looks and seems much happier,” the source adds. “She seems much more relaxed, too.

Who wouldn’t be? Scott Disick is a drunken boor, and Kourtney never knew when he was going to make a fool of himself in public. Partying comes first for Scott. His family comes much further down the line. Fortunately Kourtney has the support of her mom and sisters. Kim Kardashian West and Khloe Kardashian have been a big help with the kids since she and Scott broke up.

Do you expect Kourtney Kardashian will have any trouble getting sole custody of Mason, Reign, and Penelope Disick? If she does, there’s something seriously wrong with the family court system in California.
