Kourtney Kardashian recently did something most women wouldn’t dream of doing. She shared her post-pregnancy weight in a photo on Instagram.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star gave birth to her third child with baby daddy Scott Disick about four months ago. Reign Aston Disick joins big sister Penelope Disick and big brother Mason Disick.
Kourtney made sure to mention in the Instagram caption that she’s only five feet tall, fearing naysayers would start in on how little she weighs.
“I’m 5 feet tall, so everyone relax. I’m on a workout kick, trying to bring some Monday motivation,” she captioned the #fitspirational photo.
Kourtney Kardashian has lost her baby weight in a very sensible way. She works out regularly and eats healthy foods–including a fitness smoothie for breakfast each morning. She also makes sure she takes plenty of time to simply have fun. All work and no play wouldn’t make for a very happy Kourtney Kardashian.
And anyone who puts up with the antics that Scott Disick puts Kourtney Kardashian through has to have an outlet.

Kudos to Kourtney Kardashian for looking so great on the heels of giving birth to baby Reign. And even bigger kudos for striking a balance between her weight loss goals and real living. Too often people lose sight of striking that balance, and it really is key to making weight loss and healthy living a lifestyle change.
