Kourtney Kardashian has been showing her support for step-dad Bruce Jenner for days. Even before the guy who is no longer married to her mom Kris Jenner was slated to talk with Diane Sawyer about his gender identity Kourtney Kardashian stood behind him.
On the day of the sit-down with Diane Sawyer, Kourtney Kardashian took to her Twitter account to trumpet her support for Bruce Jenner.
“Couldn’t be a more proud daughter. With courage and bravery, let’s change the world. I am honored to stand by Bruce’s side and support him.”

Bruce Jenner was a Olympic gold medalist. His picture was one of the first iconic images on the Wheaties cereal box, a space that later hosted many star athletes. For Bruce Jenner to reveal himself to the rest of the world as having secretly known that he identified as a woman ever since childhood is expected to go a long way toward helping normalize the notion that there are transgender people all around us in society. They will not change. We must.
Bruce Jenner’s ex-wife Linda Thompson joined Kourtney Kardashian in support for Bruce Jenner. She wrote in an Instagram caption:
“Once a champion of Olympian magnitude…now a champion for those who share the struggle to just be who they are. #compassion #acceptance #tolerance #education #evolution #kindness #inclusion #freedom #peace,”
