Kim Kardashian West said last week she feared she might have to have a C-section when it came time to give birth to her and Kanye West’s second child. Their baby boy was born earlier on Saturday morning, and Kim was able to deliver him naturally.

Kim and Kanye announced the baby’s birth via her website.

“Kim Kardashian West and her husband, Kanye West, welcomed the arrival of their son this morning,” the post reads. “Mother and son are doing well.”

According to a report from Hollywood Life, Kim Kardashian underwent a procedure prior to going into labor that pointed her baby boy’s head in a downward position.

This second pregnancy wasn’t an easy one for Kim Kardashian. After struggling with fertility for several months, she and Kanye West announced in June that baby number two was on the way.

Just days ago, Kim said she feels “fat as f*ck” during this pregnancy. She is no doubt happy it is now behind her.

There has yet to be an announcement about what Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will name their son. Earlier on they said it wouldn’t be any kind of play on big sister North West’s name.
