  • Khloe Kardashian hit back at Amy Schumer following her monologue while hosting SNL this weekend. In typical Schumer fashion, the comic insulted the Kardashians–including Khloe–as she opened the late night show.

So exactly what did Amy Schumer say that bothered Khloe Kardashian?

Amy began–during her monologue–by saying the world needs more role models for little girls because, “who do they have? All they have, literally, is the Kardashians.”

“Is that a great message for little girls? A whole family of women who take the faces they were born with as like, a light suggestion?” Schumer said.

“We used to have Khloé. Khloé was ours, right?” Schumer continued. “Whenever there’s a group of women, you identify with one of them, right? But Khloé–she lost half her body weight.”

She went on to say that Khloe Kardashian “lost a Kendall,” referring to her younger sister Kendall Jenner.

Khloe Kardashian hit back at Amy Schumer’s remarks via Twitter, but she did so gently.

She Tweeted again, with a suggestion.

Certainly Amy Schumer didn’t mean to hurt Khloe Kardashian’s feelings with her remarks about the Keeping Up With the Kardashian star’s weight loss. She’s a comedian. It’s simply what she does.

That’s likely the reason Khloe didn’t blast the Trainwreck star with a more direct hit.

What’s your take on the comments Amy Schumer made while hosting SNL? Do you love how Khloe Kardashian defended herself in a very kind and gentle way?
