Kelly Ripa might seem small and petite, but she’s secretly ripped. The host of Live With Kelly and Michael recently posted a photo on her Twitter account that shows off her awesome body. The photo shows Ripa lying on the floor with her legs up against the walls. Her ab muscles are flexed and easily noticeable. Above her on the wall is an inspirational quote that reads, “Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right.”
Ripa added a shout out to her trainer and thanked her for helping her get physically fit. Ripa is 41 years old and the mother of 3 children, Most people did not expect her to have such a well-toned body.

Ripa later tweeted a photo of herself, husband Mark Consuelos and youngest son, Joaquin, attending a school concert, proving that she is not only dedicated to fitness and her career, but also he family as well.

Being a full time wife, mother and television star can’t leave too much time to exercise, so how does Ripa do it? Ripa has said on many occasions that she owes her rock hard body and petite figure to eating right and staying active.
