Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have called off their engagement. The news was made public yesterday.

The 29-year-old decided to call it quits with her vegan chef after they were engaged for less than a year. He proposed to the Fashion Police co-host in Anguilla last summer while they were vacationing.

“It was a mutual decision. We love each other very much. It just wasn’t the right time for us, and I think if we weren’t as mature and adult than we are, then we could have gone down a road that wasn’t really nice,” Osbourne told E! News.

Osbourne kept her spirits up after the split by celebrating a friends birthday and hanging with Justin Bieber. That’s right, the newly single lady was out with Bieber-but only in a friendly way.

The two spent the night running around town and creating a little wall art. They even documented their work.

“It was my best friend’s birthday. We stop by and all of a sudden there were people spray-painting and then I got a lesson on spray-painting from Justin Bieber and he’s really lovely and he’s really nice, completely different than the media perception,” Osbourne told E!

“We’re still really, really good friends; it’s just we’re not living in the same house,” Osbourne said.
