But as we all know, with every wedding comes the bridal bachelorette party-and Clarkson didn’t settle for anything less than awesome.
The pop star celebrated her last days of being single with an adult tea party. The party took place in Austin and was hosted by
the Marvelous Vintage Tea Party Co. Check out pics of the party here.
Clarkson and her guest sported retro, flapper-style clothing while they were served cocktails out of tiny tea pots labeled, “moonshine,” “whiskey,” “vodka” and more.

While the event organizers were sworn to secrecy about Clarkson’s private party, Marvelous Vintage Tea Party Co. owner Sophie Parrott, did spill some of the beans to E! News.
“These tea parties are usually for adults, so there are usually liquor-infused tea cocktails,” she told E! News. “There is always champagne involved and hot teas, as well as cakes, treats, and savories. They are quite indulgent. It is a lot of treats and nibbles and cakes.”
“The décor varies for each client,” Parrott said.
She went on to say that, “the 1920s is the most popular time right now. We do 1920s- to 1950s- themed parties. My staff and I are always ‘in character’ and dress for the time period. For instance, I play the role of the ‘Tea Party Mistress and Preservationist.”
