It seemed fitting for the first American Idol to perform for the last finalists’ party ever. This season marks the last for American Idol. Kelly Clarkson’s performance on Thursday night, in celebration of the end, went viral.

Singing her hit song, “Piece by Piece,” Kelly Clarkson, who with husband Brandon Blackstock is expecting her second child, got choked up.
