Kellan Lutz, who is best known for his role as Emmett the vamp in the “Twilight” series, says he will win an Oscar someday, even if it doesn’t come until he’s an old man.

“I want to act for the rest of my life. I’ll win an Oscar one day, but I’m in no rush to get there. I don’t care if that takes me 50 years, and I’m old. I just love what I do.”

The young actor is garnering some debate on whether or not it will happen, but he does have a rather rabid fanbase in “Twilight” lovers, and over at VH1 they’ve nominated him for three categories they think he’d excel in:

1. The Academy Award for “An Eternity Of Putting Up With Rosalie.” Twlight fans — you know this. She may be gorgeous, but she can be … annoying.
2. The Academy Award for “Always Having The Most Amount Of Abs On Any Human Being, Anywhere In The World.” Because, let’s face it, his abs are ridiculous. And plentiful.
3. The Academy Award for “Making The Worst Vampire Makeup Look Really, Really Good.” Can we please think back to the first Twilight movies, especially? Hair and makeup — not great. But Kellan made the best out of a really bad stylist.
