Katherine Rees, a former Miss Nevada USA stripped of her title over racy photos, has been charged with four meth-related felonies this week.
The 30-year-old former beauty queen has faced how water before. Katherine Rees began her downfall when she was stripped of her crown over nude photos in 2006.
Rees is accused of trafficking in a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act.
According to court documents, Rees allegedly sold drugs to someone identified as “J. Peacock” in September 2014. She was later found with 5.3 grams of methamphetamine the next month.
A $50,000 arrest warrant for Katherine was issued on Wednesday.

The former beauty queen seems to keep getting herself into trouble. In 2008, she was charged with resisting arrest following a traffic arrest. In 2012, she managed to avoid drug paraphernalia and marijuana charges by pleading guilty to possession of a drug not for interstate commerce.

Rees has previously denied doing drugs despite the long rap sheet.
“I don’t do drugs,” Katherine Rees told Border Security: Australia’s Front Line after being questioned for cocaine and meth at Sydney airport in 2009. “I don’t use cocaine. I don’t use any kind of pill, no kind of Xanax, no anything. I don’t use anything.”
