Katharine McPhee and husband Nick Cokas have finally ended their six-years of marriage. Mcphee finalized her divorce from Cokas on Monday, February 8, and the Scorpion star is ordered to pay her estranged husband spousal support and to split her earnings with him.

The court documents reportedly states that Katharine McPhee must pay her ex-husband $102,616 and an annual spousal support of up to $400,000 (prorated $33,333 per month) depending on her income. According to reports, the spousal support will expire on October 31, 2017.
TMZ reported that Cokas, 50, will keep the 2013 Jeep Wrangler while McPhee. 31, will get to keep 2012 Mercedes Benz M Class SUV. The former couple will also divide the singer’s income from her defunct NBC show Smash and will go 50-50 on profits from all the songs she made during their marriage. They will also split the money McPhee earned from the Scorpion’s pilot episode and her $700,000 contract with Columbia/Epic Records.

However, the singer-actress will maintain her full rights to earnings from her tours and live performances of her songs taking place after her divorce.
McPhee and Cokas met in 2005 and wed in February 2008. The pair announced their breakup in May 2014 after being separated for a year.
“The two have an amicable relationship and will remain friends. They ask that people respect their privacy during this time,” McPhee’s rep previously told PEOPLE.
Cokas accused the actress of having extramarital relationship with Smash director Michael Morris but the former Smash actress said she and her ex-husband had been separated for a while when she was rumored to be having an affair with Morris.
