Kate Gosselin is apparently still dating millionaire boyfriend Jeff Prescott. The two were spotted out on the town, enjoying dinner at an upscale restaurant in Philadelphia this past Friday.

According to a report from Us Weekly, Prescott took Kate Gosselin to Talula’s Garden, and after dinner to the Vallery Forge Casino Resort where they stayed until the wee hours.

“They were laughing,” a source tells the publication.

Another source previously reported to Us Weekly very positive things about Jeff Prescott.

“Jeff is a really, really good guy,” the source said of the co-founder of Dreamstine. “He is very respectful of Kate and her family.”

Kate Gosselin has recently been linked with bodyguard Steve Neild in addition to Jeff Prescott. Is Kate playing the field or is one of these relationships not the romantic kind?
