Last March, Justin Bierber’s neighbor told a sherrif that the pop star threatened him and spat in his direction when he was confronted about his driving.

Recent news says Bieber will not be faced with criminal charges for allegedly threatening a neighbor who had complained about his driving.

City News Service says Los Angeles County prosecutors decided this Wednesday. They said there’s insufficient evidence to charge the musician.

Prosecutor Alan Yochelson wrote in a document that Bieber’s response seemed “immature” but not necessarily criminal.
Yochelson said it’s unclear who was at the wheel and there’s simply not enough evidence to charge him.
