Justin Bieber will reportedly not face felony charges following a complaint by a woman who says he stole her phone after an altercation.

The 20-year old pop star allegedly took the phone from the woman after she and her daughter spotted him at a Sherman Oaks miniature golf course and tried to snap a picture. The woman says Bieber didn’t attempt to keep the phone, but rather took it from her after he accused her of trying to record him on video, and that a struggle ensued as they both tried to gain control of it.

“Why don’t you leave, you’re embarrassing your daughter,” Bieber allegedly said.

The woman’s daughter reportedly began crying, although the police report states that she was crying in her excitement to see the pop star.

The case may be put up for review as a misdemeanor, but Bieber’s reps have had no comment on that.

The pop star is still under investigation for a felony vandalism charge after he egged his neighbor’s house; Bieber’s face wasn’t caught on video, but the neighbor reportedly recorded him yelling obscenities from the lawn.

In other legal news regarding the pop star, Bieber will plead guilty next week to reckless driving after a January incident in Miami in which he was charged with resisting arrest, suspicion of DUI, and driving without a license. Rather than jail time or probation, he’ll pay a fine and attend anger-management classes. He’ll also finance and star in an anti-drug PSA.
