Dillion, whose real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, claimed Josh Duggar assaulted her when they went to a Philadelphia hotel to have sex for money last spring.
Josh Duggar’s lawyers say the accusations are “entirely fictitious.” They have found evidence that proves Danica Dillon wasn’t even in Philadelphia on the date in question.
The eldest of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s 19 children, Josh cost the family their 19 Kids and Counting reality show on TLC after it was discovered he molested five underage girls while he was a teenager. Four of those girls are his sisters. Jill Duggar Dillard and Jessa Duggar Seewald spoke out about the scenarios on TV several months ago.
Follow the sexual molestation debacle, Josh Duggar was outed during last summer’s Ashley Madison website hack. It was discovered he had two accounts on the cheater’s website. He admitted shortly thereafter to having an addiction to pornography and to cheating on wife Anna Duggar.

Since that time Josh Duggar has been in a faith-based rehab in Illinois, where he is said to be receiving help for his “sexual sins.”
The 19 Kids and Counting family are likely thrilled to hear this latest news. There is now one less problem on Josh Duggar’s plate.
