John Travolta, 60, was one of the many presenters during the 86th Annual Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on March 2. His sole task was to introduce Idina Menzel, the star of the animated film Frozen.
While this might seem like an easy task, for John it wasn’t. He completely butchered her name introducing her as the talented Adele Dazim. No one is quite sure where that came from, as it is not even remotely the same.
Luckily, Travolta’s mangled version of Menzel’s name had little impact, as she went on to perform Let It Go , from the film, and won the best song from a motion picture.
John’s introduction has caused a ton of mockery, and a Twitter profile created for Adele Dazim already has over 5,000 followers.
Below are some of the viewers reactions to Travolta’s attempt at an introduction:

So, apparently John Travolta is dyslexic, which explains why he butchered that name. And why his hair loss is suddenly backwards.
