Joe Manganiello is mourning the passing of legendary musician and actor David Bowie, who died following an 18-month battle with cancer on Sunday. Bowie was 69.

Taking to Twitter in the early hours of Monday morning to express his grief, Joe Manganiello said he always wanted to work with Bowie the actor.

Just seconds after his first tweet, Joe Manganiello shared another thought about David Bowie.

The Magic Mike XXL actor was just one of dozens of celebrities taking to social media to express their shock and sadness over David Bowie’s passing.

Before posting several YouTube music videos of David Bowie’s performances, Joe Manganiello posted one last memory. This time it was about Labyrinth, a movie that starred the Space Oddity singer.

It seems Joe Manganiello is truly shocked and saddened at David Bowie’s untimely death, and will definitely miss the man and his many talents.
