Since being traded to the Jets by Denver last month, Tim Tebow has been in the news even more than usual, and the rumor mill doesn't appear to be running low on grist anytime soon.

Jets owner Woody Johnson says there's a possibility that the HBO football-based reality show "Hard Knocks" is interested in having them on for another season, and if they extend an invitation, the Jets just might accept.

The team was featured on the show in 2010 and, according to Johnson, received nothing but positive feedback from it.

"Hard Knocks" takes a look at teams during their training camp and offers a behind-the-scenes view of what goes on before the season begins. While the Jets had a positive experience during their last filming, they might not be so lucky this time around; the team's arguments and back-biting went beyond the locker room and was made public last season and now that Tebow has joined them, rumors have been flying as to how Mark Sanchez feels about it.

As usual, Twitter seems divided about the possibility:

Jets team owner says Jets are possibility for HBOs Hard Knocks again this season..PLEASE make that happen.

If the JETS go on Hard Knocks again, at least there will be something that trumps my irritation about us getting Tebow!(image) 1 hour ago via Twitter for iPhone ·  Reply ·  Retweet ·  Favorite · powered by @socialditto

Oooof. @TheJetsStream Myers: "Giants do Super Bowls, Jets do Hard Knocks. If Jets want ratings, they should find way 2 play 1st Sun in Feb."(image) 1 day ago via web ·  Reply ·  Retweet ·  Favorite · powered by @socialditto

The Jets have too many issues to resolve. They don't need to do it in front of the Hard Knocks cameras. My column: 1 day ago via web ·  Reply ·  Retweet ·  Favorite · powered by @socialditto
