Jessa Duggar gave birth to a baby boy almost a week ago, but the child still has no name. Is there some reason Duggar and hubby Ben Seewald haven’t decided what to call their son?

“We want to give him a strong name, with a lot of meaning,” Jessa Duggar explains.
She adds that she likes names “of heroes from the Christian faith,” and also that she won’t follow a “letter theme” like parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, whose 19 children all have names beginning with the letter “J.”
Ben Seewald also admits it’s not easy choosing a name.
“He is going to have this name for the rest of his life,” the new father says.
“It’s been really cool to meet him, look at his face and match a name to who he is,” Jessa Duggar says. “It is going to be very special. A lot of thought has gone into it.”
