Jeremy Renner and his wife Sonni Pacheco have split up just ten months after secretly tying the knot. E! News reports that Pacheco has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. She is asking for joint legal custody, but also physical custody of the couple’s 20-month-old daughter, Ava Berlin.

In documents that both E! News and TMZ obtained, Sonni Pacheco is asking that the Avengers: Age of Ultron actor “immediately return [her] stolen passport, birth certificate, social security card and be restrained from making further efforts to conceal same.”

Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheco married on January 13, 2014, and separated on November 29. The couple had a prenup, but Pacheco is reportedly requesting that it be invalidated due to fraud. The court documents reportedly do not state the nature of her fraud claim.

Sonni Pacheco also wants to temporarily use the couple’s Range Rover and she wants Jeremy Renner to cover her moving expenses.

An E! News source says the split has been a long time in the making.

“This has been on the cards for a while. They are just not compatible,” the source said. “This is going to get ugly. His main priority is the baby and he will fight for full custody if it comes to that. All he cares about is being a dad. He is an amazing father. He is worried she is going to go back to Canada and take the baby.”

“Jeremy wanted out of the marriage almost as soon as he got into it. He wanted to make sure Ava had a solid family unit and tried to make it work. It’s really sad because Jeremy loves Ava so much and hates that she will live her life with her parents split up,” the source added.

How strange that this couple secretly wed and now–after just ten months of marriage–is ready to call it quits. Is it possible that Jeremy Renner the person Sonni Pacheco is making him out to be?
