Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are still getting that shocking divorce, but they are taking their time, according to People.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were married for 10 years in a dream Hollywood situation before they surprised everyone and announced their plans to divorce at the end of June.
However, instead of rushing to the mediator’s table to divvy up their lives and leave each other alone, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are taking it slow and easy for the kids.
A source said that Ben Affleck will be spending most of the summer in Atlanta where Jennifer Garner has the kids while she films her movie, Miracles from Heaven.
The source added, “[Jennifer]’s finishing a film, so there hasn’t been like, ‘Okay, let’s get this done now,’ because they always were like, ‘This is happening and still moving forward.'”
They added, “I don’t think they’re talking about it.”
While they’re not talking about it, the rest of the world is.
Rumors as to what caused the collapse of Jennifer Garner’s marriage to Ben Affleck have been relentless, and mostly focused on Ben.
Most recently, Ben Affleck was accused of having an affair with his and Jennifer Garner’s former nanny, Christine Ouzounian, 28.
A source close to Ouzounian told Us Weekly that during Ben and Jennifer Garner’s separation, “They would hang out without the kids. And they were very flirty.”
They allegedly also spent some time alone together at Affleck’s rented LA house on July 17th.
The same source said, “She says Ben really, really likes her. She’s saying this is true love.”
But, a rep for Ben isn’t taking the accusations lying down. He responded, “The story is complete garbage and full of lies. It’s shameful. We are considering legal options.”
