Jenna Dewan Tatum turned 34 on Wednesday, and one of her gifts was to have husband Channing Tatum tag along while she went to get a birthday pedicure.
The day started off with a couple of homemade cards made by Tatum and the couple’s 18-month-old daughter Everly. The first card featured a stick figure sketch of the family, reading, “Happy Birthday Mommy!”
The second card featured colorful text reading, “Happy Birthday to the Best Mommy and Wifey in the Whole World!”
Tatum posted a small video of the cards to Instagram:
Then came the trip to the predicurist. Dewan-Tatum posted a Whosay picture of an uncomfortable-looking Tatum sitting among various colorful nail polishes, with his feet in a basin.
Dewan-Tatum added a caption to the photo which read, “It’s my birthday and hubby does what I want him to,”
In November, Tatum had some kind things to say about his wife. “She keeps us all sane,” he said of Dewan Tatum. “Jenna, she puts everything in perspective for me always. I’ll find myself spinning out or angry or whatever or even happy and she always somehow ends up somehow riding the ship in some very interesting way.”
The couple met on the set of the romantic dance film Step Up in 2006, and soon began dating. The two became engaged in September, 2008 in Maui, and married in July, 2009 in Malibu, California. Their daughter Everly was born in London in 2013.

Aside from her film career, Dewan-Tatum was once a backing dancer for Janet Jackson, Pink, Missy Elliott and Christina Aguilera.
