Holly Holm had ecstatic disbelief all over her face when she delivered the face kick that knocked out Ronda Rousey during Saturday’s fight.
Shock and excitement filled the stadium when Holly Holm knocked Rousey to the floor, but in Holm’s corner, coach Greg Jackson was trying to keep his team together.
Over the mics in Holly Holm’s corner, he was heard saying, “Calm down, calm down guys, we don’t need any drama. We were supposed to win.”
He also added, “We were supposed to do this. Act professional.”
Holly Holm is clearly the more laid back of the two fighters and admits she just isn’t into the nightclub or huge party scene.
But, Holly Holm did celebrate with family and friends over appetizers at a quiet pub.
Even A-list celebrities and one presidential candidate tweeted support for her win.
Glad to see that @RondaRousey lost her championship fight last night. Was soundly beaten – not a nice person!

Holly Holm also reflected on how her life has changed.
Holly Holm said, “It’s pretty incredible, but if someone wants to root for me, I’ll take it. I’ll take all the support I can get. Donald Trump isn’t one to stay quiet and he’ll say what he thinks. Lady Gaga even put out a tweet. To have all these famous people tweeting about it, it’s so crazy.”
She added, “It’s fun. This is what we do and it’s why we do it. When I’m training, there is so much on my mind and so much emotion and sometimes I say, ‘Why do I make myself do this?’ But this is why. Seeing so many people celebrate and enjoy it, that’s why we go through everything.”
