Hilaria Baldwin Gives Birth To Son, Rafael Thomas

Hilaria Baldwin gave birth to her son, and second child with Alec Baldwin, on Wednesday.

Hilaria Baldwin and Alec Baldwin were already parents to their daughter Carmen, 21 months.

Alec Baldwin also shares a daughter, model Ireland Baldwin, with his ex-wife, Kim Basinger.

On Wednesday, Hilaria Baldwin took to Instagram to announce the news.

Hilaria Baldwin posted a sweet pic of her holding the fingers of a tiny hand with the caption, “We are happy to announce the birth of Rafael Thomas Baldwin.”

Hilaria Baldwin has been using the social media medium to showcase her growing bump and her insanely fit pregnancy physique since the couple announced that they were expecting again on New Year’s Eve last year.

Ok let's get to this #HilariaHealthy2015 : today's topic is about #HeartRate & Motivation… I was so tired and unmotivated this morning. I was dragging around and struggling to put on foot in front of the other. I knew that if I got my heart rate up for even just a short while, I would feel so much better. I just came back from the gym and I feel like a new person. I did just 40 min and it changed my day. Showing up is the hardest part. If you don't have access to a gym: take a brisk walk, jog, bike ride, or even climb up and down stairs at your home. It's the new year…let's get motivated! If you are pregnant, consult your dr about cardio. It's fine in most pregnancies in moderation & actually is very beneficial to both you and your baby. I tone my cardio down while pregnant and choose low impact exercises like the elliptical. #BaldwinBabyBump

#HilariaHealthy2015 one of my favorite poses is dancer pose. Tips: don't do it in heels . Start upright and bend the back knee in to grab the foot (notice my hand hold). Before leaning forward, kick first to create a taught sensation between the back arm and the back leg. Once you cannot kick the leg anymore, tilt forward an inch, this will allow you to kick more…to come out of it, use the back leg strength to lift you back up to an upright position.
