Halle Berry may be taking a page out of Avril Lavigne’s book this weekend.

Rumor has it that the 46-year old actress is going to swap vows with fiance Olivier Martinez in the South of France after being engaged for over a year. Berry swore off marriage several years ago after her divorce from Eric Benet, who famously cheated on her. But last year, after announcing her engagement, Berry said she’d had a change of heart.

“Who knew? I swore [marriage] off, right?” she said. “Never say never, people!”

Berry has a daughter, Nahla, with Gabriel Aubrey, whom she had a long relationship with after her divorce. But the couple never made things official, and when she met Martinez the couple hit it off right away. Now, she’s expecting a son with the actor and says the experience has been “wonderful”.

“I feel fantastic. This has been the biggest surprise of my life to tell you the truth,” Berry said. “I thought I was kind of past the point where this could be a reality for me. So it’s been a big surprise and the most wonderful.”
