Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez filed for divorce less than two weeks ago. The two were spotted together on Saturday, however, and he was wearing his wedding ring.

This isn’t the first time Halle Berry’s soon-to-be ex was spotted wearing his ring either. Two days after she filed for divorce, he had the ring on.

E! News reports that the former couple has been separated for several months, but only recently filed for divorce.

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are the parents of two-year-old son Maceo. She has a daughter, Nahla, from her previous relationship with model Gabriel Aubry.

On Tuesday, Halle Berry was spotted at the Spectre: The Black Women of Bond Tribute. She had replaced her wedding band with another ring.

Do you expect Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are rethinking their plans to divorce? Or is he simply not willing to admit the marriage is, in fact, over–and is wearing the ring until the divorce is final?

People magazine reports that Martinez is just glad he and Halle Berry can get along for the sake of the kids.

Olivier Martinez is “very happy that he and Halle are able to keep a good relationship. They want to make the divorce as painless as possible for the kids,” a source tells them.

Martinez has a lengthy history of violence and has had physical altercations with Gabriel Aubry.

It will apparently remain a mystery as to why Olivier Martinez is still wearing his wedding ring.

As for Halle Berry, she seems ready and willing to go it alone.
