Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton haven’t been together very long, but the superstars are already spurring pregnancy rumors.

The Voice costars went public with their relationship just a couple of months ago, not long after their respective divorces from Miranda Lambert and Gavin Rossdale, but have been piling on the PDA and have let it known that they are very much in love. Shelton has spent time with Stefani’s sons, and she has taken to social media to let the world know that when they’re apart–such as when she took the kids to Disneyland solo–she hops on Facetime with Shelton. Now, pregnancy rumors are flying around the web, and a recent Twitter post may not help Gwen’s case.

The singer–who has always stayed in excellent shape due to her rigorous schedule and requirements for her band No Doubt’s shows–shared a photo of an ice cream cone from Dairy Queen, earning over 3,000 likes.

A source recently told In Touch that Gwen is indeed expecting already, and that Blake is very happy because he always wanted children.

“Gwen is pregnant. She and Blake are overjoyed. He’s always wanted to have kids and now his dream is coming true,” the source said.

Gwen Stefani was devastated to reveal earlier this year that her marriage to Rossdale was over, reportedly after he was unfaithful to her with their nanny. Gwen later sat down for an interview with Ryan Seacrest and said that her first move following the split was to write, and what came out was dozens of songs.

“I think I have enough probably for two albums. I got 20 songs. I want to keep writing,” Gwen said.

Her most recent single, “Used To Love You”, became a hit right away and is reportedly about her relationship with Rossdale.
