Today on the Playstaion Blog we got confirmation that Drinkbox Studios, the makers of Mutant Blobs Attack, have announced that their new game titled “Guacamelee will be a PS3/PSN/PSVITA exclusive title. The side scrolling, action, puzzle solver will feature a lucha libre type character and has an art style that seems vaguely similar to Shank.

In this game you have the ability to change between 2 world, that look like a light and dark world or a world of the dead and world of the living type of thing. You have to smash walls and do combos to get through some areas, you also have the ability to turn into a chicken to solve some puzzles. here is the description of the game from Drinkbox:

“Set in a world inspired by Mexican culture, Guacamelee! features a down-on-his-luck agave farmer named Juan Aguacate, who sets out to save the world when El Presidente’s Daughter is kidnapped by an Evil Charro Skeleton. The story takes place in and around a small village in Mexico, and has the player travelling through “The World of the Living” and “The World of the Dead” on his quest to rescue the girl he loves.”

The game looks kind of cool, it includes co-op which is always a bonus and I for one can’t wait to turn into a chicken and beat this game.
