Squirrel Monkey loves to remind us of how old we are. Last week we brought you Angry Birds if released in 1982, now see what some well known websites might look like to people in the Eighties.
This is what might happen if you took a time machine back to 1985 to invent Google and cash in on the massive search engine before it was invented, a la Lou from Hot Tub Time Machine.
Australian design group mass:werk took it one step further, actually creating a working version of the “80’s” search engine. See it here. Just don’t type anything that might bring back too many search results. It will crash. Ahh, memories.
Now checkout “The Facebook”, the “digital online internet computer web sightseeing” application for Windows for Workgroups version 3.11.
