  • Four days ago, Goldie Hawn was spotted in Los Angeles looking like she may have had some lip enhancement work done. Combine that with her recent change in talent agencies from WME to CAA, and it all could spell a major comeback for the actress who has not appeared on the silver screen in 14 years.

We loved Goldie’s heart in Private Benjamin, her dedication in Wild Cats and her penchant for revenge in The First Wives Club. Why she opted to leave acting in 2002 was never 100% clear. We do know that she has spent most of the past decade on the Hawn Foundation, which works to improve education. The mission statement on the foundation’s website: “Our mission is to improve the overall well-being of children and educators, engage them in teaching and learning more effectively, and to equip them with vital social and emotional literacy skills needed to lead smart, healthy, happier lives.”

Hawn also voiced the character Peggy McGee in an episode of the Disney Channel’s Phineas and Ferb last year.

Hawn started her career in acting on the television comedy Good Morning, World in 1967. She made a name for herself when she joined the cast of Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In, where she won an Emmy. Major critical acclaim came in 1969 in the film Cactus Flower playing Toni Simmons, a role which earned the actress an Academy Award. The blonde-beauty is known for both her comedic and dramatic acting.

Hawn has two children, Kate and Oliver Hudson, from her first marriage. She’s been with Kurt Russell since the early 1980s. The couple has one son, Wyatt. She also has five grandchildren. No exact word on what sort of project, if there is in fact a project, could be in the works for Hawn. Her last film was The Banger Sisters in 2002 which co-starred Susan Sarandon.
