A miami, Florida resident has been taken into custody by Secret Service agents after posting a series of threatening messages on Facebook regarding President Obama’s forthcoming visit to University of Miami. The messages were posted on Facebook via the account alias, “Jay Valor”.

On Tuesday, February 21st Joaquin Amador Serrapio, Jr. posted:

“Who wants to help me assassinate Obummer while he’s at UM this week?”

On Thursday the 23rd he posted:

“If anyone is going to UM to see Obama today, get ur phones out and record. Cause at any moment i’m gonna put a bullet through his head and u don’t wanna miss that! Youtube!”

After being taken into custody, Serrapio consented to a search of his cell phone which revealed a conversation between himself and someone saved as N.M. :

N.M.:

“Lol you can get in a lot of trouble for saying that”

“Nigga u in jail yet?”

Serrapio:

“I know I can be killed by this communist administration and I’m challenging them. Let’s see what those motherfuckers got.”

“Hell yah im a boss an the secret service will find that out soon.”

N.M.:

“Will they see it?”

Serrapio:

“I hope 🙂 i wanna kill at least two of them when they get hear.”

Serrapio has been charged with a violation of title 18, United States Code, Section 871, threatening the president of the United States.

I would just like to say, what a dumb ass! Really, are you that stupid, you didn’t think your comments would be noticed on Facebook? Some people astound me with their level of ignorance. Even if he didn’t mean any of the stuff he posted, he should serve time in jail for being too stupid to walk free.

Serrapio is currently out on $70,000 bail and is scheduled for arraignment in March. Click here to read the official Federal complaint.
