Farrah Abraham, the reality star-turned porn star has turned back into a reality star once again. Abraham is set to appear in the latest Teen Mom series, called Teen Mom OG. (OG stands for original girls.) The other stars of the series aren’t thrilled about Farrah Abraham’s return, however. It seems they fear her presence will mar the ‘strong moral compass’ that, in all honesty, has never been present on the show.
Teen Mom OG will star Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout, and Catelynn Lowell–in addition to Farrah Abraham. So what is it about Farrah’s return that has the other girls up in arms?
It’s apparently the time she spent as both a porn star and an erotic novelist. Yes, Farrah Abraham wrote a book, too. It’s called Celebrity Sex Tape, and she even cast herself in the plot as the erotic heroine.
It’s sort of understandable why Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood, and Catelynn Lowell would be hesitant to welcome Farrah on the set, but she’s certainly not the only one with a sordid past. Amber Portwood served time in prison. Lowell and Bookout have lots of drama in their pasts–but nothing quite like the other two.

“In a first for the Teen Mom franchise, Teen Mom OG will break the fourth wall, pulling back the curtain to reveal their relationships with the producers and crew, the challenges of raising children on camera, and how life in the public eye has shaped them as parents and people, MTV announced in a recent press release. “Each episode will give an unprecedented look into these young mothers’ lives and how they’re facing the responsibilities of parenthood as their children enter kindergarten, start little league, and reach other milestones of youth.”
None of this should surprise anyone. If you’ve ever watched even half an episode of any of the seasons of Teen Mom, you know drama ensues. Now that three of these young women are living fairly drama-free lives and doing their best to raise their children and get on with their lives, something has to be thrown into the pot to stir things up. This time that someone just happens to be Farrah Abraham.
