Farrah Abraham has run the questionable career gamut in the past few years–all the way from Teen Mom star to porn star–and back again. Now the Teen Mom OG star, who is known for undergoing several cosmetic procedures, hopes to pursue a career in the cosmetic surgery field.

Now, you’re likely thinking, this is a far cry from appearing on a reality show or making appearances in a strip club or writing erotic fiction–and you’re absolutely right. Farrah Abraham claims she can no longer limit herself, however, and needs to not only dream big, but plan big for her future.

“I just think back and I wish I knew to tell myself, ‘Why be content? Why settle for what’s just there and be OK with it?” she told E! News.

“My mindset before was so limited and so small-minded. I’ve learned from growth and being less judgmental, really expanding and saying don’t just settle and focus on one thing. There’s many other things you can do.”

“Hopefully in five years I can go back to school. I really want to get my doctorate and I want to do plastic surgery,” Farrah Abraham adds. “So that’s just something on top of all of the other things I want to do but that would probably be my end goal.”

Farrah even voiced her support recently for Bruce Jenner and the cosmetic procedures he will likely undergo in his transition from a man to a woman.

“I feel like if somebody wants to do that and change themselves…that’s his own choice and there’s nothing wrong with it,” she said recently.

Now lest you think Farrah Abraham has no experience in cosmetic surgery at all, it’s important to bring up her breast implants and her recent botched lip job. She may not be a plastic surgeon, but at least she knows what doesn’t look good.

Do you think it’s possible to go from being a Teen Mom star to a porn star and back again, and then make the huge leap to cosmetic surgeon? If you’ve ever seen some of the cosmetic surgeons in places like L.A. or Miami, you might not find that such a far-fetched notion at all.
