Erin Andrews filed suit against Marriott International quite a while back, after she was videotaped through a peephole while staying there. Just recently, however, the Dancing With the Stars host divulged how much she is seeking in damages from the hotel corporation.
It was back in 2008, in a Tennessee hotel rom, that Erin Andrews was videotaped in the nude. A stalker named Michael David Barrett committed the heinous act and is being sued as well. He went so far as to post the nude clips of Erin Andrews online.

Erin Andrews feels Marriott is responsible, too, because staff at the hotel’s front desk confirmed to Barrett that she was a guest there, and have him her room number.
So how much is Andrews asking for from Marriott International? Her amended claim, filed over a week ago, seeks damages in the amount of $75,000.
A trial date is set for February of 2016. Lawyers for Erin Andrews anticipate the trial will last approximately 10 days.

Do you agree with Erin Andrews that Marriott should bear some of the responsibility for Michael David Barrett filming her in the nude while she was a guest at one of their hotels?
Will the Fox reporter get what she’s asking for?
