Elton John’s son, 2-year old Zachary, charmed the crowd at John’s annual Oscar party this year. The toddler was dapper in a tiny tuxedo and sneakers and hobnobbed with some big names, such as Bono and “True Blood” actor Ryan Kwanten.

Among the other celebrities present at the viewing party were a newly-brunette Britney Spears and the Kardashian sisters, who tweeted photos from their table all night.

Zachary recently became a proud big brother to Elijah, who is now a month old. John and his husband, David Furnish, say they try to split their parenting time equally between the boys as Zachary gets a bit jealous at times. The proud parents said that though Zachary was allowed to greet the guests at the party, he and his brother wouldn’t be staying up too late.

“We’ll make sure they get home in time for their regular bath time, and story time with the nanny,” Furnish said. “Then we’ll see them tomorrow morning, when we get back.”

John has been hosting the Oscar party for twenty years, and all for a good cause: the bash does double duty as a fundraiser for HIV and AIDS research. To date, the iconic singer has raised $34 million for the cause.
