Last year, a group of industry veterans moved to Arkane Studios and announced their new game, Dishonored. It would blend the elements from previous games like Thief and Deus Ex to create a wholly unique first-person stealth experience. We didn’t get much news on the game besides a feature in Game Informer though. That all changes today.
GameSpot got the exclusive video on Dishonored that explains more of the story, the gameplay and the visual style. It’s similar to the Halo 4 sneak peek video last week that combines commentary from the developers with screenshots, art and video from the game.
I don’t want to spoil much of the video as I think it needs to be watched to see the amazing visuals and gameplay the team has planned for this game. I’m really digging the steampunk style though. We definitely need more of that in games.
