Musician David Cassidy was arrested and charged with a felony DWI in Schodack, New York last night after coming upon a roadblock. It’s his second offense in three years.
Cassidy was also charged with failing to dim his headlights and was taken into custody, but was later released on $2,500 bail. The “Partridge Family” star was arrested in 2010 and charged with driving with an open container, for which he pleaded no contest and received probation and suspended driving privileges.
On a lighter note, Cassidy was pulled over by Officer Tom Jones, and even in the serious situation, Cassidy couldn’t resist throwing out a little joke.
“What’s new, pussycat?” he asked the officer.
Cassidy’s blood alcohol level was .10 at the time of his arrest.

David Cassidy, from the Partridge Family, was arrested in Schodack for felony DWI. This is the most random thing I've heard so far today.

"I am an alcoholic." In 2008 David Cassidy publicly admitted to problem on stage at #Saratoga Hall of Springs w/family at his side.
