It looks like there’s going to be a reunion of the Full House cast soon, thanks to Dave Coulier’s engagement to his longtime love, Melissa Bring.
The pair is set to tie the knot in Montana on July 2nd. Coulier gave Bring a ring for Christmas, but did not officially ask for her hand in marriage until New Year’s day.
As Coulier said to Us Weekly, “Melissa has been my best friend since I met her nine years ago. I feel like the luckiest man on the planet. I get to marry my best friend, and she doesn’t mind that I have a really bad gas problem.”
Coulier is best known for playing Uncle Joey on the classic sitcom, Full House, and his soon-to-be-wife Bring is a photographer-producer.
Coulier was also in the news recently for denying that he was the subject of his ex-girlfriend Alanis Morisette’s song, “You Oughta Know.” Regarding the issue, he responded with “First of all, the guy in that song is a real a-hole, so I don’t want to be that guy. Secondly, I asked Alanis, ‘I’m getting calls by the media and they want to know who this guy is.’ And she said, ‘Well, you know it could be a bunch of people. But you can say whatever you want.’”
The weeklong wedding celebration is going to be attended by his fellow Full House alum, such as John Stamos, Candace Cameron-Bure, and Bob Saget.
This is going to be the second marriage for Coulier. He was previously married to actress Jayne Modean from 1990 to 1992. They have a son together, Luc Coulier, 23.
The pair has been together for almost a decade, so it is only natural for them to seal the deal and be hitched.
Well, this will surely be a star-studded occasion! Congratulations to Dave and Melissa!
