Chaleo Yoovidhya, the co-founder of Red Bull, who was widely considered one of the wealthiest people in Thailand, has died.

There are conflicting reports about how old he was. The Bangkok Post reports that he died of natural causes at Chulalongkorn Hospital at the age of 80, and that religious rites for Chaleo will be held at Wat Kreuwal Voraviharn from tomorrow to March 24. The Huffington Post is also reporting that he was 80. AFP is reporting that he was 89.

According to that same AFP report, citing numbers from Forbes, Chaleo was worth $5 billion last year.
