Candace Cameron Bure and Andrea Barber are reprising their Full House roles as D.J. Tanner and Kimmy Gibbler in the Full House spinoff, Fuller House. The show will be available solely on Netflix.
Andrea Barber sent off a Tweet to Candace Cameron Bure following the show’s green light that was given–and shared with the media–on Monday.
Both actresses appeared on Full House for the hit show’s entire run, from 1987 through 1995.
The two girls–now grown women in their 30s–have remained friends ever since Full House ended. They are likely as excited as their fans about the Netflix spinoff.

John Stamos, who played Uncle Jesse on Full House, announced the upcoming Fuller House while a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday night.
“We’ve been working on this for many, many years,” he said.
Full House fans will love that John Stamos isn’t just one of the show’s producers, he will also make guest appearances–reprising his Uncle Jesse role alongside Candace Cameron Bure and Andrea Barber.
Fuller House will premiere in 2016 on Netflix, and its inaugural run features 13 episodes. In addition to John Stamos, Candace Cameron Bure, and Andrea Barber, guest appearances by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Bob Saget, Dave Coulier and Lori Loughlin may happen. At this time they are still “up in the air,” according to People magazine.
The show will open with a one-hour reunion that features Stephanie Tanner (D.J. Tanner’s sister, played by Jodie Sweetin), along with Candace Cameron Bure and Andrea Barber.
Were you a Full House fan? Will you be among those to anxiously await the arrival of Fuller House at Netflix?
