Britney Spears was reportedly ready for a December wedding just a few weeks ago, but earlier this month she announced she is single again after her boyfriend cheated on her.

Spears and David Lucado had allegedly battled issues earlier this year, according to a source at Closer Magazine.

“Britney and David had some problems earlier this year. He moved out for a few weeks and the time apart made them realize how much they love each other. David’s been a huge support to Britney and takes her for romantic nights out and makes her dinner. Britney was thrilled when he proposed, they want a low-key ceremony in Louisiana, where Britney grew up, around her 33rd Birthday in December. Then they want their honeymoon to be in Hawaii,” the source said.

Despite all the wedding talk, Spears took to Twitter to confirm she is back on the market and reportedly told the audience at one of her Las Vegas shows that she needs a hot guy before pulling Perez Hilton onstage to be her “slave”.

“Well, by now everyone knows my boyfriend cheated on me. But the best part of breaking up is going on first dates,” she continued. “OMG, OMG, I need a hot guy. Where are the hot guys here tonight?” she said, according to UPI.

According to TMZ, Lucado was unfaithful with a porn actress named Cali Lee, who has appeared in scenes with Ron Jeremy.
