Bridget Moynahan, known for her role as Erin Reagan on the CBS hit show Blue Bloods, sent congratulations to her ex-boyfriend and father of her child, Tom Brady, after a judge threw out his “Deflategate” four-game suspension on Thursday.

U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman ruled that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell had applied “his own brand of industrial justice” when he suspended Tom Brady for four games. Brady was accused of tampering with footballs during last season’s AFC Championship game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Tom Brady and Bridget Moynahan share a son–eight-year-old John. The two split up back in 2007 before their son was born.
