Charlie Sheen is facing another lawsuit following his big HIV revelation. This time, it’s from an ex-fiance.

Porn star Brett Rossi has filed suit against the actor, making numerous claims.

In the suit, Rossi alleges assault and battery, emotional distress, and negligence, according to Variety. Rossi claims that Sheen did not tell her he was HIV positive. The two first had sex in 2013.

Rossi claims that in a early stages of their relationship, she and Sheen had sex on at least five occasions before she discovered medication in his cabinet for the treatment of HIV.

“If Sheen had disclosed to Plaintiff that he was HIV positive when they met for the very first time, Plaintiff never would have engaged in sex with him, and the resulting relationship between the two would never have occurred,” her suit states. “After a ‘heart to heart’ talk with him, she agreed to stay in a relationship with him.

TMZ reports some more salacious details from the suit. The publication says that Rossi accuses Sheen of forcing her to get an abortion when she became pregnant unintentionally. She claims Sheen said he didn’t want her to “give birth to a retarded child.”

Sheen has hit back, saying he will fight the suit “vigorously.”

“Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross,” said a statement. “We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her.”

In a TODAY show interview, Sheen revealed he is HII positive on November 17th.

“I’m here to admit that I am in fact HIV-positive,” Sheen told Matt Lauer. “And I have to put a stop to this onslaught, this barrage of attacks and of sub-truths and very harmful and mercurial stories that are about the (alleged) threatening the health of so many others, which couldn’t be farther from the truth.”
