**Update:
New reports confirm that one police officer, Brian Bachmann, was killed after suffering a gunshot wound. One civilian was also killed, and the shooter has apparently died from gunshot wounds sustained after officers returned fire. At least three others were wounded in the shootout, which occurred after officers delivered an eviction notice to the shooter.
